With over 15 years of digital optimization experience, Rommil Santiago has built his career at the intersection of Growth, Product, Marketing, Experimentation, and Analytics. He’s successfully navigated the complexities of launching and scaling Experimentation Programs, managing cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within challenging organizational environments.

Most recently, he’s served as Senior Director of Product Experimentation at Constant Contact. Before that, he was the Solution Strategy Director of Experimentation at Optimizely. During his time at Loblaw Digital, he worked as the Director of Growth Product, where he led Experimentation, SEO, Analytics Platform, and Product-Led Growth. Prior to that, he worked at various startups and SaaS companies across over a dozen industries.

In 2019, Rommil founded Experiment Nation (ExperimentNation.com) to give CROs and Experimenters a platform to share their insights and amplify their voices. With thousands of followers worldwide, Experiment Nation reaches its audience through YouTube, weekly newsletters, and virtual events.
