Otherwise it’s just guessing and that’s not going to get us anywhere.

Whatever improves the customer experience or company KPIs. Ideally both 🙂

Since college (Applied Cognitive Psychology)

By studying psychology at the university which consists doing a lot of user research.

Talking to a lot of people about CRO. A lot. And some CXL courses.
